冠心病是最常见的心血管疾病,其发病率、死亡率一直居高不下,甚至有人预测到2020年冠心病将成为全球人口最主要的死亡病因.因此早期识别、诊断冠心病,并及时干预、治疗以阻止冠心病进一步发展显得尤为重要.关于BNP或NT-proBNP与冠心病(CHD)的关系,不少人进行了研究,表明BNP或NT-proBNP能反映冠心病的危重程度,并有助于冠心病的诊断及预后判断.%Coronary heart disease, the most common cardiovascular disease, has always been characterized with high morbidity and mortality. It is predicted that coronary heart disease would become the main cause of death in the world by 2020. Therefore, early recognition and diagnose of coronary heart disease, and timely intervention and treat-ment to prevent further development of the disease have become very important. Many experts have studied the relation-ship between brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) or N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) and coronary heart disease (CHD), which shows that BNP or NT-proBNP could reflect the severity of coronary heart disease and pro-vide useful information about diagnose and prognosis of coronary heart disease.
