Objective To study how to reduce the radiation dose of coronary computed tomography angiogra-phy (CCTA) by iDOS3 technique according to the body mass index (BMI). Methods A total of 289 patients with sus-pected coronary heart disease who underwent CCTA in our hospital from October to December 2013 were selected. They were divided into three groups according to the different BMI value:group A (BMI<25, 168 cases), group B (2530, 16 cases). The radiation doses were reduced by 30%, 40%and 50%. Retrospective ECG gating and iDOS3 technology were used. The image quality of the three groups was compared. Results The aver-age score of image quality in group A, group B and group C were (3.80±0.47), (3.69±0.51) and (3.37±0.62) respectively. The difference was statistically significant (F=0.61, P=0.858>0.05). Conclusion The image quality of different groups is decreased under the condition of reducing the radiation dose, but all images meet the diagnostic requirements. There-fore, different scanning conditions can be adopted for patients with different BMI values, which can achieve the aim of keeping the image quality and reducing the radiation dose.%目的:探讨如何依据不同体质量指数(BMI)并使用iDOS3技术来减少256层螺旋CT冠状动脉血管成像(CCTA)的辐射剂量。
