植物激素对半夏种子的发芽影响研究

摘要

为了探索植物激素对半夏种子的发芽影响，为半夏的品种选育和遗传改良提供技术参考，采用不同浓度的赤霉素（GA）、奈乙酸（NAA）、吲哚乙酸（IAA）、2，4-二氯苯氧乙酸（24-D）处半夏种子的方法研究了GA、NAA、I从、24．D对半夏种子的发芽率、发芽势、活力指数。研究结果表明：一定浓度的GA、NAA、I从、24．D对半夏种子的发芽率、发芽势、活力指数均具有一定的促进作用，当NAA处理浓度为50ppm时，半夏种子的发芽率可提高20％；当NKA处理浓度为75％时，半夏种子的发芽势可提高20％；当IAA处理浓度为50ppm时，半夏种子活力指数可提高1．05。%In order to explore the effects of phytohormones on germination of Pinellia ternate (Thunb.) Breit. , a research was carried out by using different concentrations of GA, NAA, IAA and 24-D to treat the seeds to know the effects of GA, NAA, IAA and 2-4-D on seed germination rate, germination potential and vigor index of Pinellia ternate, with a view to provide technical reference of Pinellia ternate variety breeding and genetic improvement. The research results showed that a certain concentration of GA, NAA, IAA and 24-D had certain stimulating effects on seed germination rate, germination potential and vigor index of Pinellia ternate. When the concentration of NAA was 50ppm, Pinellia ternate seed germination rate the germination potential be increased by 1.05 could be improved by 20 could be increased by 20 % ; when that of NAA was 75 ppm, % ; and when that of IAA was 50 ppm, seed vigor index could be increased by 1.05.
