超高压瓷绝缘子生产线中的PLC控制

摘要

本文主要针对超高压瓷绝缘子的胶装生产过程,采用PLC结合光电传感器以及人机界面对胶装生产线各工位动作的精准控制,满足超高压瓷绝缘子的胶装生产工艺需求,实现超高压瓷绝缘子胶装生产线的自动化,有效地保证胶装过程中胶装孔隙率、填充度及同轴度等关键参数满足要求,提高超高压瓷绝缘子的胶装质量及效率。%A set of automatic control system is developed for the cementing production process of EHV porcelain insulators, integrated with PLC, photoelectric sensors and human-machine interface to realize the precision control of all actions on any station to meet the needs of the cementing production process, so that the key parameters of porosity, filling degree and concentricity can be strictly controlled to ensure the cementing efficiency and quality.
