为研究黔东南小香鸡蛋形指数与性别的相关性,根据种蛋的不同蛋形和大小分成2个组：Ⅰ组种蛋231枚,平均蛋形指数R=1.36±0.045;Ⅱ组种蛋245枚,平均蛋形指数R=1.29±0.048。按组分别入孵,并对36日龄雏鸡用外貌观察法进行性别鉴定。结果表明：Ⅰ组种蛋雄性百分率为97.6%;Ⅱ组种蛋雌性百分率为93.5%,2个组组内雌雄个体间在数目上均存在极显著差异（P〈0.01）,表明黔东南小香鸡蛋形指数与性别具有显著相关性,可将蛋形指数作为黔东南小香鸡种蛋早期性别鉴定的重要参考依据。%To study the correlation between egg shape index and sex of southeastern guizhou Xiaoxiang chicken.According to the different egg shape index,Divided the experimental animal into two groups,the first group（Ⅰ） has 231 eggs which Average egg shape index（R）is 1.36±0.045,the second group（Ⅱ）has 245 eggs which R is R=1.29±0.048.Incubate the eggs respectively,observe the appearance of 36-day-old chicks to identify its gender.The results show that male percentage is 97.6% in the first group and female percentage is 93.5% in the second group,there are significant differences（P0.01） between the number of male and female in each group.Egg shape index is significantly associated with gender,so egg shape index can be the importance reference of early sex identification in southeastern guizhou Xiaoxiang chicken.
