This paper reviewed the current extraction and detection methods of sea cucumber polysaccharide at home and abroad, described their respective characteristics, provided scientific basis for systematic analysis of the polysaccharide of sea cucumber,the method base for the establishment of quality standard of sea cucumber product was provided.%综述了目前国内外海参多糖的提取及检测方法,阐述其各自特点,为海参多糖的系统分析提供科学依据,为海参产品质量标准的建立提供方法基础。
