甘蓝型油菜凸耳叶性状的观察

摘要

从油菜品种资源以及杂交后代中发现了油菜叶变异株——凸耳叶植株。套袋自交纯化后种植观察，发现油菜凸耳叶性状最先起始叶位多出现在第4～5片真叶上。在同一片真叶上一般可同时着生1～5个凸耳叶。凸耳叶面积大小一般在0.05～4.2 cm2。%A leaf-on-leaf mutant,with special leaves growing on a true leaf have been selected from the rape varieties resources and their hybrid generations.Purifying by after self-fertilization,it showed that most of the special leaves appeared on the fourth or fifth true leaf firstly,and there could be 1～5 special leaves growing on one true leaf.The average area of these special leaves is 0.05～4.2 cm2 for each.
