SOD isozymes of heart, liver, kidney, muscle, brain, lung and testicle of A. Fabalis were isolated and analyzed by the method of polyacrylamide Gel electrophoresis to provide biochemical references for artificial propagation, domestication, and exploitation of A. Fabalis. The results showed that 20 bands of spectrums were separated from the SOD isozymes of the seven kinds of organizations. In which nine bands from the heart, 11 bands from liver and kidney, 15 bands from muscle and lung organizations and 14 bands from the brain and testicular organizations.%为给豆雁的人工繁殖、驯化及开发利用等提供生化指标依据,采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板电泳(PAGE)方法,对豆雁的心脏、肝脏、肾脏、肌肉、大脑、肺和睾丸7种组织的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)同工酶进行分离分析.结果表明:豆雁7种组织中SOD同工酶共分离出20条谱带,其中,心脏为9条,肝脏、肾脏均为11条,肌肉、肺均为15条,脑、睾丸均为14条带.
