蚕沙在肉兔体内的消化代谢特性

         

摘要

为摸清蚕沙在肉兔饲养中的饲用价值,为动物饲料合理开发利用提供科学依据,选取12只3月龄体重相近、健康的新西兰兔(公、母各半),随机分成2组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,蚕沙组饲喂80%基础日粮+20%蚕沙,采用全收粪尿法测定日粮各营养物质的消化代谢率,利用套算法计算蚕沙各营养物质的消化率和代谢率.结果表明:与对照组相比,蚕沙组肉兔的采食量、干物质、粗蛋白、能量和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)的消化率差异不显著(P>0.05),而粗纤维(CF)和中性洗涤纤维(NDF)的消化率分别提高15.16%和20.69%(P<0.05);蚕沙组的食入氮量提高(P>0.05),排出粪氮量增加(P>0.05),沉积氮提高4.76%(P>0.05);蚕沙在新西兰兔体内的干物质、粗蛋白、CF、NDF和ADF消化率分别为59.43%、70.74%、36.3%、49.17%和32.2%;消化能为6.96 MJ/kg,代谢能为6.47 MJ/kg.%To provide a scientific basis for silkworm feces rational development and utilization as ■ animal feed, 12 3-month-old New Zealand rabbits, six males and six females, were allocated in individual cages for two groups, which were fed with basal diet and 80% basal diet + 20% silkworm feces respectively. The digestibility and metabolic rate of nutrient in diet were determined by collecting fecal and urine entirely, and the digestibility and metabolic rate of nutrient in silkworm feces were calculated by displacement analysis. The results showed that the intake and the digestibility of dry matter, crude protein, energy and acid detergent fiber (ADF) of 20% silkworm feces treated group had no significant difference compared with control group(P>0. 05). But crude fiber(CF) and neutral detergent fiber(NDF) ? Increased by 15. 16% and 20. 69% respectively (P0. 05), fecal nitrogen output raised (P>0. 05) and the deposition nitrogen raised 4. 76%(P>0. 05). The digestibility of dry matter, crude protein, CF, NDF and ADF of silkworm feces in New Zealand rabbits was 59. 43%, 70.74%, 36.3%, 49.17% and 32. 2%, respectively, and the digestive energy was 6. 96MJ/kg, the metabolizable energy was 6. 47MJ/kg.
