干旱期喀斯特高原深水水库微囊藻毒素含量的变化特征

             

摘要

为了解阿哈水库干旱期的环境生态因子与微囊藻毒素含量的变化关系,通过在不同区域布设采样点,在特殊的干旱时期进行为期半年(秋、冬、春3个季节)的微囊藻毒素含量监测,探讨了微囊藻毒素含量变化与环境因子间的关系.结果表明:阿哈水库中微囊藻毒素含量以MC-RR为主,含有少量的MC-LR.其中,在2009年10月MC-RR的含量达到最大值,为2.84μg/L.对环境因子的相关性分析表明,在特殊的干旱时期,喀斯特高原深水水库(阿哈水库)中微囊藻毒素的含量变化随温度的变化特征较明显,MC-RR的含量随温度的升高而稍有增加,而MC-LR的含量随温度的升高反而降低.在布设的5个采样点中,相对封闭、水体流动性较差的水域中微囊藻毒素含量比相对开阔、水体流动性较好的水域高.%Content of microcystin in Aha reservoir were monitored, and relationship of seasonal change characteristics of microcystin and environmental factors by sampling in different areas and special dry seasons in autumn, winter, and spring for half a year to understand the relationship of environmental factors and microcystin content. The results showed that the major microcystin was MC-RR, which reached maximum (2.84μg/L) in October 2009, and there was small amount of MC-LR. The correlation analysis of environment factors indicated that the change characteristic of microcystin content in Karst deep-water Aha reservoir was obviously affected by temperature in special dry period. MC-RR content increased with the increase of temperature, but MC-LR decreased. Microcystin contents in the areas with relatively close, slow water floor were higher than areas with open and fluent water flow in the 5 sampling sites.
