不同处理方法对马蔺种子发芽和生长的影响

摘要

Iris lacteal seeds were treated by four different treatments to study effects on seed germination, seedling increment, tillering and dividing plant for probing the optimum treatment method to improve its germination rate. The results showed that the germination of Iris lacteal seeds treated by four methods was lower in the first year but the alkaline degreasing treatment could raise seed germination in the second year and improve seedling growth, tillering and dividing plant.%马蔺种子由于种皮的机械物理阻碍,具有休眠特性,自然萌发不整齐.为了探寻提高马蔺出苗率的最佳方法,对马蔺种子进行了4种不同方法处理.通过对不同处理方法下的种子的发芽率,出苗后的生长量和分蘖分株情况进行观测分析.同时对其栽培管理等关键技术进行研究.结果表明,4种处理方法下,马蔺种子当年萌发率都比较低,但从次年表现来看,对马蔺种子进行碱蚀处理是较为理想的方式.
