为了对开发利用黔产清热类中草药提供参考,用常规方法测定了6种中草药中的总黄酮、多酚及多糖在水和乙醇提取液中的含量.结果表明:6种清热类中草药水提取液中,头花蓼的黄酮含量和多酚含量最高,分别为47.22 mg/g和34.73mg/g;多糖含量以龙胆草的最高,为226.04mg/g.醇提取液中,黄酮含量最高的是头花蓼,为27.32 mg/g;多酚含量最高的是黄柏,为28.24mg/g;多糖含量最高的是龙胆草,为22.89 mg/g.6种中草药中,黄柏、头花蓼和栀子提取黄酮时宜用水作提取溶剂,射干、板蓝根和龙胆草提取黄酮时宜用乙醇作提取溶剂;除板蓝根外,黄柏、射干、头花蓼、龙胆草和栀子提取多酚时宜用水作提取溶剂;6种中草药提取多糖均宜用水作提取溶剂.%The contents of the total flavone, polyphenol and polysaccharide in six heat-clearing herbs in Guizhou were analyzed by conventional methods to provide references for exploration of heat-clearing herbs in Guizhou. The results showed that contents of flavone and polyphenol in P. Capitatum extracted by water were the highest, 47. 22 mg/g and 34. 73 mg/g respectively. And the polysaccharide content in G. Scabra was the highest(226. 04 mg/g). The highest contents of flavone(27. 32 mg/g), polyphenol (28. 24 mg/g) and polysaccharide extracted by ethanol were respectively in P. Capitatum, C. Phellodendri and G. Scabra. It was appropriate to extract flavone from C. Phellodendri, P. Capitatum and G. Jasminoides by water, and others by ethanol. It was appropriate to extract polyphenol from herbs except I. Root by water and to extract polysaccharide from the six kinds of herbs by water.
