不同育苗基质对闽楠容器苗生长的影响

     

摘要

为了找到适合闽楠容器育苗的轻型基质,进行了泥炭、珍珠岩、森林表土、蛭石和锯木屑不同比例基质的闽楠容器育苗试验,对各基质育苗的生长指标进行了测定。结果表明:不同基质配比对闽楠幼苗生长的苗高、地径及生物量均有显著影响;泥炭土∶森林表土=1∶1的基质和泥炭土∶锯木屑=3∶1的基质闽楠容器育苗生长表现最为理想,苗高分别为16.3 cm 和13.7 cm,地径分别为2.72 mm 和2.50 mm,可在生产上推广应用。%Media like peat,perlite,forest top soil,vermiculite and wood sawdust was applied and intermixed into different compositions according to a certain proportion in the container breeding experiment to find out the ideal light media for P .bournei container nursery.Analysis of growth indices showed that different medium ratio had a significant impact on height,diameter and biomass characteristics of P .bournei seedlings.According to a comprehensive assessment of the entire indices,the seedlings in 1# media (peat ∶ forest top soil = 1∶1 )and 9# media (peat ∶ wood sawdust = 3∶1 )grown the best,with an average height of 16.3 cm and 13.7 cm and an average diameter of 2.72 mm and 2.50 mm, respectively.Therefore,it was believed that the ideal media for P .bournei container nursery were 1# and 9#,which can be promoted in production.
