微生物发酵饲料对山羊生产性能的影响

     

摘要

为拓宽山羊的饲料来源、提高山羊生产性能以及为微生物发酵饲料的合理利用提供依据,选择体重为(18.50±2.38)kg的4月龄简阳大耳羊后备母羊54只,随机分成3个处理组(对照组和2个试验组),每个处理3个重复,每个重复6只羊,对照组饲喂基础精饲料,试验Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组分别用50%和75%的微生物发酵饲料代替基础精饲料,研究了微生物发酵饲料对山羊生产性能、血液生化指标、养分消化率的影响.结果表明:与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组平均日增重极显著提高(P<0.01);粗蛋白、粗纤维、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维的表观消化率显著提高(P<0.05);发病率极显著降低(P<0.01),但总蛋白、白蛋白、丙氨酸氨基转移酶和天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶含量各组间差异不显著(P>0.05);每只山羊每天分别比对照组多增收0.33元和0.15元.说明,微生物发酵饲料能显著提高山羊生产性能和健康状况,提高经济效益,具有较好的应用价值,在简阳大耳羊饲养中以50%的微生物发酵饲料替代原精饲料的效果最佳.%To broaden forage source,enhance production performance of goat and provide a reference for rationally utilizing fermented feed,54 Jianyang Daer ewes,4 months,weighted 18.50±2.38 kg,were randomly divided into three treatments:control group (100% basic concentrate),treatment Ⅰ (50% basic concentrate+50% fermented feed) and treatment Ⅱ (25% basic concentrate+75% fermented feed).Each group had three repetitions,each repetition had six lambs.The effects of fermented feed on production performance,blood biochemical index and nutrient digestibility of goat were studied.The results showed that compared to the control group the average daily gain in treatment Ⅰ and Ⅱ was significantly raised(P< 0.01); the digestion of crude protein,crude fiber,neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber was significantly raised(P<0.05); the disease rate was significantly reduced(P<0.01),but the contents of serum total protein and albumin,the activities of alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase had no significant difference in each group(P>0.05) ; the economic benefit of treatment Ⅰ and Ⅱ was 0.33and 0.15 Yuan/d per goat respectively more than that of the control group.In conclusion,the fermented feed could develop the performance,health and economic benefit in goat.So the fermented feed had preferable application value.Replacing concentrate with 50% fermented feed in Jianyang Daer goat was the best.
