油茶芽砧嫁接苗木的繁育试验

摘要

In order to improve the survival rate of grafting seedlings, reduce the seedling cost, and to provide a reference for nursery stock breeding, effects of different grafting materials on the survival rate and shooting rate were studied. The results showed that the 2~3 leaf sections of annual half-lignification green branches with 0. 5~1 leaves and seeds had the best effect, the survival rate could reach above 90%.%为了提高油茶苗木的嫁接成活率和降低其育苗成本,给良种苗木繁育提供参考,以接穗不同留叶量、不同枝段和不同芽砧类型为嫁接材料研究其对成活率和抽梢率的影响.结果表明:接穗采用当年生半木质化绿枝2～3叶段,留0.5～1叶,带籽砧嫁接方法的效果最好,成活率可达90％以上.
