不同碳氮源对马蔺叶斑病病菌生长的影响

         

摘要

The effect of different carbon and nitrogen source on mycelial growth of Alternaria in I .lactea was studied by colony and spore culture methods to provide the theoretical basis for occurrence law and control of leaf spot disease in I .lactea.The results showed that:1 )The mycelial length of Alternaria cultured on lactose,fructose and maltose is 50.9 mm,47.6 mm and 34.93 mm respectively, but there is no significant difference in mycelial length between CON2 H4 ,Ca(NO3 )2 ,NH 4 NO3 ,KNO3 and NH4 Cl;2 )The optimum carbon sources for Alternaria spore germination are glucose,lactose, fructose and sucrose,and the spore germination rate is 21.61%~25.4%.The optimum nitrogen sources for Alternaria spore germination are NH4 NO3 and Ca(NO3 )2,and the spore germination rate of Alternaria cultured on NH4 NO3 and Ca(NO3 )2 is 27.55% and 22.59% separately.%为了对马蔺叶斑病发生规律及防治的研究提供理论依据,采用菌落及孢子培养方法,研究了不同碳源和氮源对马蔺叶斑病病菌生长的影响。结果表明:适宜病菌菌丝生长的碳源为乳糖、果糖和麦芽糖,菌丝长度分别为50.9 mm、47.6 mm 和34.93 mm,氮源为 CON2 H4、Ca(NO3)2、NH 4 NO3、KNO3和NH4 CL,菌丝长度相差不大;适宜病菌孢子萌发的碳源为葡萄糖、乳糖、果糖、蔗糖,孢子萌发率在21.61%~25.4%,氮源为 NH4 NO3和 Ca(NO3)2,孢子萌发率分别为27.55%和22.59%。
