响应曲面试验设计优化桑椹绿原酸的超声水提工艺

         

摘要

The response surface experiment design was used for optimizing ultrasonic extraction technology of chlorogenic acid to provide a reference for mulberry exploitation and utilization.The results showed that the optimum extraction condition for chlorogenic acid were ultrasonic power 384 W,ration of liquid to material 70:1,extracting 15 min,the verification extraction rate of chlorogenic acid from drying mulberry was 15.84 mg/g with relative error of 4.98% compared with the predicted extraction rate 16.67 mg/g.%为获得较多的桑椹绿原酸,为桑椹的开发利用提供参考依据,采用响应曲面试验设计优化桑椹绿原酸超声水提工艺。结果表明:在超声功率为384W,液料比为70∶1,提取15 min 的工艺条件下,其绿原酸的提取值为15.84 mg/g,与预测值(16.67 mg/g)相差4.98%。
