To provided the experimental materials for identifying and cloning the quantitative trait loci (QTLs)of cold tolerance at the seedling stage,the authors analyzed QTLs location and evaluate the genetic effects of two parents and 213 RILs for cold tolerance at the seedling stage with the rate of dead seedlings by using software QTL IciMapping 4.0,and based on genetic linkage map of 141 SSR molecular markers and mapping population of 213 lines (recombination inbred lines,RIL)derived from a cross between IR24 and Asominori.The QTLs qCTS-6,qCTS-11andqCTS-12 related to cold tolerance at the seedling stage were detected on chromosome 6,11 and 12,respectively.Individual QTLs(LOD=3.194 3, LOD= 4.688 2,LOD = 3.797 0)explained 5.662 7%,8.549 6% and 12.787 7% of the observed phenotypic variance separately.All the three of detected QTLs allelescame from cold-tolerant parent Asominori.%为水稻苗期耐冷性 QTL 定位克隆研究提供实验素材,以213个 IR24/Asominori 重组自交家系(RIL)为作图群体,并以141个 SSR 标记构建的分子连锁图谱为基础,结合苗期低温处理后亲本和213个RILs 的苗期死苗率,运用 QTL IciMapping 4.0软件进行水稻苗期耐冷性 QTL 检测及其遗传效应分析。结果表明:在第6、第11和第12染色体上检测到3个苗期耐冷性 QTL,分别命名为 qCTS-6、qCTS-11和qCTS-12。这3个 QTL 的 LOD 值分别为3.1943、4.6882和3.797,对应表型变异的解释率分别为5.6627%、8.5496%和12.7877%,且抗性等位基因均来自苗期耐冷亲本 Asominori。
