人力资源结构与广西工业结构优化升级的动态关系分析

     

摘要

Human resource is one of the most important factors of production elements and its structural change can directly affect the quality and function of production elements. It can even restrict the development of related industries, which will restrict the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure and economic development. Interactive relationship is seen between human resource structure and industrial structure but the structural adjustment of human resources usually lags behind that of the industry, thus constraining the further optimization and upgrading of industrial structure. Therefore, great importance should be attached to the optimization of human resources structure.%人力资源是生产要素中最重要的因素之一,并且人力资源的结构变化能够直接影响生产要素的优劣情况和作用的发挥,甚至制约相关产业的发展,从而制约工业结构的优化升级与经济的发展。人力资源结构与工业结构之间存在互动关系,但通常人力资源滞后工业结构调整,从而约束了工业结构的进一步优化与升级。因此,人力资源结构的优化尤为突出和重要。
