化工自动化控制系统防雷屏蔽探讨

         

摘要

In recent years, with the rapid development of China's computer technology, communication technology and chemical technology and automatic control technology, automatic chemical control system had been more universal use, but in recent years, chemical control signal lines, chemical instrumentation and computer room, etc. by lightning affect more and more serious, so chemical control system signal line shielding is very important and essential, but now our domestic shielding the signal line by way of a single termination or two or more grounding divergence, this paper analysis of single-point and two ground advantage, make the author's own control system for chemical signal line shielding point of view.%近年来,随着我国计算机技术,通信技术和化工自动化控制技术的快速发展,化工厂自动化控制系统使用越来越普遍化,但是近年来化工控制信号线、化工仪表以及机房等受雷击影响越来越严重,所以对化工控制系统的信号线屏蔽显得十分重要。现在我们国内对信号线的屏蔽采用单端接地方式还是两点以上的接地方式分歧较大。本文通过分析单点以及两点接地的优点,提出了对化工控制系统的信号线屏蔽措施的观点。
