宁夏大学体育学院体育教育专业毕业生就业现状调查

摘要

Through the means of literature review, interviews and mathematical statistics, this thesis aims to analyzes the employment status and employment problems of the graduates of Sports Institute of Physical Education in Ningxia University. The survey reveals that the area of employment is much too concentrated, in that the majority of graduates pour into urbun areas while only a few of them are willing to work in rural areas.In other word,their employment expectation is much too high. Meanwhile, the embarrassed situation of the physical education in school, the narrow employment areas and the low professional skill of graduates also have impact on employment of graduates.%本文通过文献资料法、访谈法和数理统计法，对宁夏大学体育学院体育教育专业毕业生就业现状进行调查，旨在了解就业中存在的问题并提出解决问题的方法和策略。调查结果显示：毕业生就业去向过于集中，就业的地域大多数集中在城市，学生就业期望值偏高。学校体育的处境、就业面狭窄和毕业生技能单一是影响毕业生就业的关键所在。
