高校科研经费投入结构分析及对策研究——以吉林省为例

Research activity of university is the booster of the regional industry upgrading and research funding is the basic condition. The intensity of research funding and investment structure not only directly related to the quality of university research activities, but also has a profound impact on the region＇s industrial upgrading and economic restructuring. The problem of the intensity of research funding, the research funding investment structures and the direction of research investment are analyzed. And countermeasures suggestions to optimize research funding investment structures of the universities in Jilin province are provided.%高校的科研活动是地区产业升级的助推器，科研经费是这个助推器得以运行的基础条件。科研经费的强度以及科研经费的结构不仅直接关系到高校科研活动的质量，还会对地区的产业升级和经济转型产生深远的影响。本文分析了吉林省科研经费的强度，该省高校科研经费的来源以及投入结构，探讨了在经费投入过程中存在的问题，提出优化吉林省高校科研经费结构的对策建议。
