浅谈工商企业管理专业课程设置——以企业班组管理课程为例

How to avoid the inter-university professional ＂homogenization＂ and talent of the ＂convergence＂,has become one of the key elements of business administration teaching reform of colleges and universities.Horizontal comparison of college business management professional curriculum,for the problems in business management professional curriculum,put forward professional curriculum reform ideas.%如何避免大学之间专业的＂同质化＂和人才的＂趋同化＂,已经成为各高校工商企业管理专业教学改革的重点内容之一。本文对广西部分高校工商企业管理专业课程设置进行横向比较,针对工商企业管理专业课程设置存在的问题,提出专业课程设置改革思路。
