我国大学科技园管理中存在的问题及对策研究

University Science Park is an important part of today's National Innovation System, is one of the characteristics of the or-ganic composition of China's higher education system, but also the continuum of high-tech development zones and business incubators is to serve the community and to develop an important platform for innovation and entrepreneurship . This paper focuses on the research of University of Science and Technology Park focus, based on the definition of University Science Park and functions defined on a sys-tematic analysis expounded China University of Science and Technology Park, the current management mode of operation, in-depth analysis of China University of Science and Technology Park in the Management of the main problem, and from the government, uni-versities and the University Technology Park three levels made perfect ideas and measures.%大学科技园是当今我国创新体系的重要组成部分，是中国特色高等教育体系的有机构成之一，同时也是高新技术开发区和企业孵化器的连续体，是为社会服务并培养创新创业人才的重要平台。本文围绕我国大学科技园这一研究重点，在对大学科技园定义和功能进行界定的基础上，系统地分析阐述了我国大学科技园现行的管理运行模式，深入分析了我国大学科技园管理中存在的主要问题，并从政府、大学和大学科技园三个层面提出了完善的思路和对策。
