浅谈某院病区药房调剂差错的原因及预防措施

摘要

Objective To strengthen the work of hospital ward pharmacy to prevent the occurrence of errors in the swap, to ensure patient medication safety. Methods Through the hospital ward pharmacy practice analysis, summarized personal experience, to find preventive measures. Results Error in all aspects of drug distribution may exist, and to prevent errors resulting due to human factors. Conclusion Increase the swap as long as the overall professional quality of scientific personnel placed drugs, the use of scientific and reasonable methods of work, in order to effectively prevent the occurrence of errors in the swap.%　　目的加强我院病区药房的工作，预防调剂差错的发生，确保患者用药安全。方法通过对本院病区药房实际工作的分析，归纳总结个人工作经验，找出预防措施。结果差错在药品流通的各个环节有可能存在，差错产生与防范归结于人的因素。结论只要提高调剂人员的整体业务素质科学摆放药品，采用科学合理的工作方法，才能有效预防调剂差错的发生。
