Objective To discuss the safety and efficacy of scrotoscopic holmium laser vaporization of testicular and epididymal appendages. Method A total of 42 patients (age range:9~56 years;mean age 24•4 years) underwent scrotoscopic holmium laser vaporization of testicular and epididymal appendages•For 25 twisted appendages were located in the left and 17 twisted appendages were in the right, 19 due to acute scrotal pain, 23 due tochronic scrotal pain. Results The mean operative time was 30.3min, and mean blood loss was 1mL, The mean hospital stay were 2d. 29 scrotal appendages, 11 epididymal appendages and 2 scrotal appendages with epididymal appendages, were revealed by scrotoscopy. Pain disappeared in all patients.During the follow up of 3~18 months no recurrences had been found. Conclusion Scrotoscopic holmium laser vaporization of testicular and epididymal appendages is safe, effective and minor invasive.% 目的探讨阴囊镜钬激光汽化术治疗睾丸附睾附件扭转的安全性和疗效.方法回顾性总结分析阴囊镜钬激光汽化术治疗睾丸附睾附件扭转42例,年龄9~56岁,平均24.4岁.左侧25例,右侧17例.19例以急性阴囊疼痛为主诉,23例以慢性阴囊疼痛为主诉.结果平均手术时间30.3min,术中平均出血1mL,术中发现睾丸附件扭转29例,附睾附件扭转11例,睾丸及附睾附件扭转2例,所有患者术后阴囊疼痛消失,无手术并发症,随访3~18个月,无复发.结论阴囊镜钬激光汽化术是一种安全、有效、微创的手术方式.
