细菌性阴道病联合检测法的临床应用价值

摘要

Objective To assess the value of the combine test in the diagnosis of bacterial vaginosis. Methods Vaginal secretions from 320 women were detected with BV combine-test kits. Results A total of 320 samples were detected 142 of them were positive; 54 of them were colpomycosis; 16 of them were trichomonias vaginitis; 108 of them were negative simultaneously. Conclusion The application value of the BV combine-test kit in the diagnosis of BV, it has a certain value in the diagnosis and therapeutic evaluation.%　　目的 探讨细菌性阴道病联合检测法的临床应用价值。方法 应用细菌性阴道病联合检测试剂盒对320例阴道分泌物进行检测。结果 检出阳性142例，霉菌性阴道炎54例，滴虫性阴道炎16例，阴性108例。结论 应用细菌性阴道病联合检测法对细菌性阴道病的诊断和疗效评价，有重要意义。
