Objective To study the effects of super pulse carbon dioxide laser and surgery in pigmented nevus .Methods 64 patients with pigmented nevus in our hospital were randomly divided into laser group 32 cases and surgery group 32 cases,the laser group were treated with super pulse carbon dioxide laser ,the surgery group were treated with surgery,then the effect and side reaction of two groups were compared. Results 31 cases of surgery group were cured,the rate was 96.875%,1 case was improved,the rate was 3.125%;30 cases of laser group were cured,the rate was 93.750%,2 case was improved,the rate was 6.250%,7 patients of surgery group occurred incision swelling,1 case relapsed after 6 months,2 cases occurrd incision scar.32 cases of laser group occurred superficial crusting,and all disappeared after the surgery at 1 week,11 cases relapsed after 6 months,2 cases occurrd incision scar .Conclusion The effects of super pulse carbon dioxide laser and surgery in pigmented nevus are both good,but the effect of surgery is better than that of laser,the surgery treatment can be the first choice for pigmented nevus.% 目的探讨超脉冲CO2激光和手术疗法在色素痣中的疗效.方法 将本院收治的64例色素痣患者按照随机原则分为激光组32例和手术组32例，激光组患者给予超脉冲CO2激光进行治疗，手术组患者给予手术治疗，比较两组患者的疗效和副反应.结果 手术治疗组痊愈31例，占96.875%，好转1例，占3.125%；激光治疗组痊愈30例，占93.750%，好转2例，占6.250%.手术治疗组7例患者发生切口红肿；6个月后复发1例；切口瘢痕形成2例.激光治疗组32例患者激光治疗后均有浅表性结痂形成，于术后1周左右消失；6个月后复发11例；瘢痕形成2例.结论 激光和手术治疗色素痣的疗效均显著，但是手术疗法的效果优于激光，手术疗法可作为色素痣的首选治疗方法.
