134例高尿酸血症与脂代谢紊乱及高血压之间的关系分析

摘要

目的  探讨高尿酸血症与脂代谢紊乱及高血压之间的关系.方法  对134例高尿酸血症病人和130例血尿酸正常者的临床资料进行比较分析.结果  两组脂代谢紊乱及高血压检出率比较差异均有显著性(χ2=8.25~10.49,P<0.05).结论  高尿酸血症与脂代谢、高血压关系密切,是高脂血症、高血压发生发展的重要危险因素.%　　] Objective To investigate the relationship between hyperuricemia, disorder,lipoidosis and hypertension. Methods The clinical data of 134 patients with hyperuricemia and 130 subjects with normouricemia were compared and analyzed. Results The differences of glycometabolic disorder, lipoidosis,and detection rate of high blood pressure between the two groups were significant(χ2=8.25-10.49, P<0.05). Conclusion hyperuricemia and disorderlipoidosis, hypertension are closely related, and an important risk factor for the development of hyperlipidemia and hypertension.
