天麻胶囊的质量标准研究

摘要

Objective To establish a quality control for Tianma Capsules. Methods Angelica root, Achyranthes, Eucommia qualitative identification by TLC. Results The characteristic maculae of Angelica sinensis (Oliv.)Diels, Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort, Achyranthis bidentata Bl and Eucommia ulmoides Oliv were detected by TLC.The linear range of gastrodin was 0.05009μg~1.008μg (r=0.9998), The average recovery was 98.937%(RSD=1.11%,n=9). Conclusions The mothods are simple,sensitive, accurate and reproducible, and it can be used for the quality control of this preparation.%　　目的建立天麻胶囊的质量控制方法.方法用 TLC 法对当归、川芎、牛膝、杜仲进行定性鉴别.结果 TLC 法检出了当归、川芎、牛膝、杜仲特征斑点,天麻素进样量在0.05009~1.008μg 范围内线性关系良好 r=0.9998,(n=6),平均加样回收率为98.93%,RSD 为1.11%(n=9).结论所建立的方法简便、稳定、准确、重现性好,可作为本品的质量控制方法.
