案例教学法与基于问题教学法在胸外科教学中的应用效果对比分析

         

摘要

Objective To observe the application effect of case teaching method and problem-based teaching method in thoracic surgery teaching. Method 100 students of clinical major were divided into case teaching method group (control group) and problem-based teaching group (observation group) both with 50 cases. Students of both groups after learning were examined by anonymous closed book. Effects on learning outcomes of both groups’ students were observed. Results After examination, theory and practice scores of observation group increased obviously higher than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In thoracic surgery teaching, problem-based teaching method can enhance independent clinical thinking of students, increase learning enthusiasm, and eventually improve learning effect.%目的:观察案例教学法与基于问题教学法在胸外科教学中的应用效果。方法选取100名临床专业学生,随机分成案例教学法组(对照组)以及基于问题教学法组(观察组),每组各50名。对两组学生进行学习后的考察,考察为不记名闭卷形式。观察两组教学方法对两组学生学习效果的影响。结果考核后观察组在理论与实践得分上均较对照组有明显提升(P<0.05)。结论基于问题教学法在胸外科教学中,能够强化学生自主临床思维,提高学习积极性,最终提高学习效果。
