Objective To investigate theinhibitory effect ofpranlukaston bronchialasthmaairway musua secretion. To investigate the pranlukast on bronchial asthma airway mucin hypersecretion inhibited. Method 24 rats were selected randomly to be divided into A group(no intervention), B group(LPS injection 0.1% 0.2ml in 3 weeks of feeding, the trachea), C(LPS injected eighth days, using pranlukast 2 mg/kg/d orally, for 14 consecutive days), group D(normal saline group (group D): 0.4mL saline gavage, remaining the same as C group) of four groups, and the affects of the pranlukast on airway mucin secretion of rats to be observed. Results Tracheal epithelial cells of the rats in group B off, goblet cells and mucus gland hyperplasia, lymphocytes, plasma cells and a few neutrophils infiltration, bronchial smooth muscle thickness. The damage of epithelial in C group, D group had no obvious change. Conclusion The pranlukast has obviou inhibition to mucin synthesis, and decrease the expression of secretory mucin cells.%目的:探讨普鲁司特对炎症气道黏液分泌的抑制效应。方法选择24只wistar大鼠,分为对照组A组(不做任何干预)、气道炎症B组(于气管内注入0.1%脂多糖0.2mL,饲养3周)、普鲁司特 C 组(注入脂多糖第8天起,用普鲁司特2mg/(kg • d)灌胃,连续2周)、生理盐水 D 组(用生理盐水0.4mL 灌胃,余同 C 组)四组,用 ELISA 和免疫组化的方法检测分泌细胞阳性染色的平均吸光度及黏蛋白的面积%,用 HE 染色切片测定腺体及气管璧的厚度。结果 B 组大鼠支气管壁增厚,分泌细胞增生,黏液腺肥大,杯状细胞增多。C 组上皮损害减轻, A、D 组无明显变化。结论普鲁司特可抑制黏蛋白合成,降低分泌细胞内黏蛋白的表达水平,减少黏液的分泌。
