Tei指数评价系统性红斑狼疮心脏功能的临床意义

摘要

目的：探讨超声心动图检测左右心室 Tei 指数评价系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）患者心脏功能的临床意义。方法对86例心功能为Ⅰ级的 SLE 患者及50例正常对照者进行超声心动图左右室功能检测。结果与对照组相比，SLE 患者的左右室 Tei 指数显著增高（P<0.01）。结论 SLE 患者在出现心功能不全临床表现之前，左右心室 Tei 指数已出现异常改变，Tei 指数能早期反映 SLE 患者心功能受损。%Objective To discuss the value of echocardiographic Tei index in evaluating cardiac function in patients withsystemic lupus erythematosus(SLE). Methods Echoeardiology was performed on 86 cases of SLE and 50 normal subjects. Results When compared with control group, Tei index of right ventrieul(RV)and left ventrieul(LV)both increased in patients with SLE. Conclusions Tei index of RV and LV changes prior to heart failure clinical manifestation. Tei index may be helpful in early assessing impaired cardiac function in SLE patients.
