多普勒超声脐动脉血流分析与胎生儿生长受限的关系及预后

摘要

目的：研究多普勒超声脐动脉血流分析与胎生儿生长受限的关系及预后。方法选取2010年12月至2013年3月于本院进行检查且疑似胎生儿生长受限的58例孕妇为观察组，并其同期检测显示正常的58例孕妇为对照组，然后比较两组的多普勒超声脐动脉血流指标及预后。结果观察组的PI、SI及S/D均高于对照组，宫内窘迫率及产后Apgar评分均差于对照组，P均＜0.05，均有显著性差异。结论胎生儿生长受限者的多普勒超声脐动脉血流检测结果存在异常，其胎儿的预后相对较差。%Objective To study the correction between the analysis of umbilical artery blood lfow by Doppler ultrasound and restricted fetal growth and their prognosis. Methods 58 pregnants with suspected restricted fetal growth in our hospital from from December 2010 to March 2013 were the observation group,58 normal pregnants at the same time were the control group,then the umbilical artery blood lfow by Doppler ultrasound and prognosis of two groups were compared. Results The PI,SI and S/D of observation group were all higher than those of control group,the intrauterine distress rate and postpartum Apgar score were both worse than those of control group,all P<0.05,there were all signiifcant differences. Conclusion The mbilical artery blood lfow by Doppler ultrasound of patients with restricted fetal growth are abnormal,and the prognosis of fetuses are relatively worse.
