目的：探讨血尿酸水平与高血压病发生关系。方法对我院2010年~2011年体检中心体检的30~80岁人群进行研究，测定血尿酸水平和血压值，使用分层分析，对计数资料采用χ2检验，分析血尿酸水平与高血压病的发生关系。结果随着血尿酸水平增高，高血压发生率逐渐增高，第四分位数组高血压及高血压前期发生率增高显著（P＜0.05）。结论血尿酸与高血压密切相关，血尿酸增高可能为高血压的独立危险因素，提示应加强血尿酸高或高尿酸血症的预防和治疗，以减少高尿酸血症患高血压的风险。%Objective To explore the relationship between the level of serum uric acid and hypertension. Methods There are 600 cases who experienced the medical examination at Medical Examination Center in our hospital from 2010 to 2011. Fasting blood uric acid were measured, Using the stratify analysis andχ2 test to explore the relationship between uric acid and hypertension. Results The morbidity of hypertension was increased with the level of uric acid. Morbidity of uric acid at 4th quartile of uric acid group were higher than others and the difference has statistically signiifcant(P<0.05). Conclusions Uric acid is closely related to hypertension, it showed that uric acid may be an independent risk factor of hypertension.
