Objective To investigate the Stilamin joint clinical efifcacy of surgical treatment of elderly patients with obstructive colon cancer. Methods Surgery alone treatment control group, the experimental group implementation Stilamin to joint surgery, compared the clinical efifcacy of the two groups were observed. Results In the control group, the experimental group, the total efifciency of 76.00%, 96.00%, the difference between the two groups was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05);postoperative complication rate of the control group, the experimental group were 28.00%, 8.00%, The difference between the two groups was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion Stilamin to joint surgical treatment of colon cancer with intestinal obstruction, can reduce the incidence of complications, improve treatment outcome.%目的探讨思他宁联合手术治疗老年梗阻性结肠癌的临床疗效。方法对照组实施单纯手术治疗，实验组实施思他宁联合手术治疗，对比观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果对照组、实验组总有效率分别为76.00%、96.00%，两组差异存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）；对照组、实验组术后并发症发生率分别为28.00%、8.00%，两组差异存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论思他宁联合手术治疗结肠癌合并肠梗阻，可降低并发症的发生率，提高手术治疗效果。
