目的探讨柔性管理理论在骨科护理管理中的应用。方法将柔性管理理论运用于骨科护理管理中,营造“以人为本”的文化氛围,提高护理管理者自身素质,实施专业组长定期轮换、护士预约排班、多种形式的激励机制、增加外出培训学习的机会、加强与护士的沟通等方面,促进护理管理效果。结论柔性管理理论运用于骨科护理管理中,有利于改进现有护理管理模式,提高护士的工作积极性和创造性,提高护士对职业的满足感和患者满意度。%Objective To explore soft management theory in orthopaedic care management application. Method Will soft management theory used in orthopaedic nursing management, build"people-oriented"cultural atmosphere, improve nursing managers their own quality, carry out professional leader regular rotation, nurses appointment scheduling, various forms of incentive mechanism, increase out training learning opportunities, strengthen the communication, etc., to promote the effect of nursing management.
