腔镜下甲状腺切除术的治疗方法及疗效

摘要

Objective Exploration Xiongru approach thyroidectomy treatment efficacy and safety of laparoscopic to find the best treatment program. Methods 138 cases of thyroid disease were treated in our hospital from October 2010 to March 2012 as the research object, the patients were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group, each group of 64 patients in the control group using traditional open thyroidectomy treatment, the treatment group Xiongru approach to laparoscopic thyroidectomy. Results The patients treated with intraoperative blood loss was significantly less than that of the control group (P<0.05);drainage of the control group was significantly more than the treatment group (P<0.05) and postoperative analgesic requirements in the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical thyroid disease patients using approaches Xiongru laparoscopic thyroid surgery treatment, feasibility, efficacy and safe, with beauty, reduce pain, less bleeding, and other advantages worth the widely promoted and applied in clinical .%　　目的探析经胸乳入路腹腔镜下甲状腺切除术的治疗效果以及安全性，寻找最佳的治疗方案。方法以我院2010年10月至2012年3月期间收治的138例甲状腺疾病患者为研究对象，将患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组64例，对照组采用传统开放甲状腺切除术进行治疗，治疗组采用胸乳入路腹腔镜下甲状腺切除术。结果治疗组患者术中出血量明显少于对照组（P＜0.05）；对照组引流量明显多于治疗组（P＜0.05），治疗组术后镇痛药需求明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论临床对甲状腺疾病患者采用胸乳入路腹腔镜下甲状腺手术治疗，可行性高、疗效确切且安全性高，具有美容、降低疼痛、出血量少等优势，值得在临床上广泛推广和应用。
