吞咽治疗仪治疗脑卒中后吞咽困难的疗效观察

摘要

目的吞咽治疗仪在治疗脑卒中后吞咽苦难的效果观察。方法将脑卒中后吞咽困难的患者98例随机分为对照组、吞咽治疗仪组。各组均给予脑卒中常规药物治疗及鼻饲流质饮食，在此基础上，吞咽治疗仪组患者给予吞咽治疗仪治疗。结果治疗15d后两组饮水试验评分较治疗前均有改善(P＜0.05）。结论吞咽治疗仪对脑卒中后吞咽困难患者的吞咽障碍及神经功能的恢复具有良好疗效。%Objective To observe the effectiveness of swallowing therapy instrument on dysphagia after stroke. Methods Ninety-eight patients with dysphagia after stroke were randomly divided into the control group,swallowing therapy instrument group. All the patients were treated with routine therapy of stroke,and liquid diet was nasal feeded. Results After treatment, the scores of repetitive water drinking test in two groups were signiifcantly improved (all P<0.05). Conclusions The therapy of swallowing therapy instrument was effective to patients with dysphagia after stroke.
