慢性乙型肝炎患者心理失衡的调查及护理对策

摘要

Objective The investigation of psychological imbalance of chronic hepatitis B patients, and explore the psychological nursing measures, improve the quality of life of the patients with hepatitis B. Methods In recent years in our hospital 90 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients, take the SDS ( self-rating depression scale ) to measure the psychological imbalance. Results As a result there is a close relationship between the psychological imbalance of patients with chronic hepatitis B with the society, the family and medical etc. Conclusion Targeted nursing care of patients with chronic hepatitis B were compared before and after the implementation of nursing, SDS, that effect is obvious. Therefore, reasonable and effective nursing measures can effectively improve the psychological imbalance in hepatitis B patients, improve their quality of life, has clinical significance.%　　目的调查慢性乙型肝炎患者的心理失衡情况，探讨其心理护理对策，提高乙型肝炎患者的生存质量。方法选取我院最近几年收治90例慢性乙型肝炎患者，采取 SDS（抑郁自评量表）对其心理失衡情况测评。结果导致慢性乙型肝炎患者心理失衡的情况与社会、家庭和医疗等有密切的关系。结论对慢性乙型肝炎患者实施有针对性的护理对策后，比较护理前后 SDS 的评分情况，得知效果显著。因此，合理有效地护理措施能够有效地改善乙型肝炎患者心理失衡情况，提高其生存质量，具有临床推广意义。
