局部应用维生素C治疗角膜炎、角膜溃疡的临床观察

摘要

目的分析局部使用维生素C治疗角膜溃疡、角膜炎的效果如何。方法选择60例角膜溃疡、角膜炎患者，将其随机分成两组，对照组不局部使用维生素C治疗，观察组使用维生素C进行治疗，然后比较对照组与观察组患者的情况如何。结果对组组有14例痊愈，观察组有23例痊愈；观察组的起效时间是2～4d。结论对于角膜溃疡、角膜炎患者局部使用维生素C治疗能够促进愈合，但是在球结膜下注射维生素C的时候较为刺激，所以需要联合使用局部麻醉药。%　　Objective To analyse the local use of vitamin C treatment of corneal ulcer, what is the impact of keratitis. Methods Choose sixty cases of corneal ulcer, keratitis patients, the random divided into two groups:control group (no local use of vitamin C treatment, observation group use of vitamin C treatment, and then compared with control group to observe how patients. Results The way of 14 cases of recovery, the observation group have 23 cases healed;Observation group work time is 2 to 4 days. Conclusion For corneal ulcer, keratitis patients local use of vitamin C treatment can promote healing, but in the conjunctival injection of vitamin C is when stimulating, so need to use a combination of local anesthetics.
