目的 通过对病原菌基因组进行预测和对相关基因功能进行研究，探讨病原菌基因组岛对其基因组结构及功能的影响。方法 通过生物信息学方法，根据 GC 含量异常预测基因组岛，对相关基因进行 COG 功能注释，对基因组岛的分布特点和相关基因功能进行分析。结果 在276株病原菌基因组上预测得到了2945个基因组岛，相关基因9219个，以“细胞壁、细胞膜、包膜的生成”、“复制、重组和修复”、“预测的功能蛋白”及“转录”功能最多。结论 病原菌基因组岛与水平基因转移密切相关，是病原菌获得新功能特性的重要来源，通过对基因组岛及其相关基因的功能特点进行深入研究，能够极大推动细菌致病性、耐药性的机制研究，对疾病的治疗和预防控制具有重要意义。% Objective To predict genomic islands, study the functional characters of relative genes and then investigate the impact of genomic islands to the genome of pathogenic bacteria. Methods Bioinformatic methods was used to predict genomic islands by GC content variation and the functions of relative genes were annotated based on the COG database, and then the distribution of genomic islands and gene functions were analyzed. Results 2945 genomic islands were predicted in the genomes of 276 pathogenic bacteria strains and there were 9219 genes, in which the function of “Cell wall/membrane/envelope biogenesis”, “Replication, recombination and repair”, “General function prediction only”, and “Transcription” took the most part. Conclusion Genomic islands were closed to the horizontal gene transfer which was the important access of pathogenic bacteria to obtain new functional factors. It is meaningful to research the characters of genomic islands and speed the research of mechanism of pathogenicity and antibiotic resistance in infectious disease prevention and treatment.
