Objective Analysis of hand skin retrograde avulsion application microscopy repair to reduce disability rate significance. Methods Retrospective analysis the clinical material, the observation group 27 cases of application microscopy repair, 24 cases in control group used the traditional method to repair, to compare two methods patients live skin area and the survival rate, follow-up after two years patients hand appearance and function recovery. Results The observation group skin survival was significantly superior to control group, two groups in survival and the survival rate in the area have significant difference, there is statistical significance (P<0.05);follow-up after two years hand appearance and function recovery, the observation group hand look good recovery;control group hand appearance recovery general. Conclusion Microscopic technique is hand skin retrograde avulsion ideal repair way, to improve the survival rate of skin, reduce the disability rate has important significance.% 目的探析手部皮肤逆行撕脱伤应用显微技术修复对降低伤残率的意义.方法回顾性分析我院患者临床资料，观察组27例应用显微技术修复，对照组24例应用传统方法修复，比较两种方法患者皮肤存活面积和存活率，随访术后2年患者手部外观及功能恢复情况.结果观察组皮肤存活情况显著优于对照组，两组在存活面积和存活率方面有显著性差异，有统计学意义(P<0.05)；随访术后2年手部外观及功能恢复情况，观察组手部外观恢复良好；对照组手部外观恢复一般.结论显微技术是手部皮肤逆行撕脱伤较为理想的修复方式，对于提高皮肤存活率、降低伤残率具有重要意义.
