健康知识宣讲对传染病预防与控制的意义研究

摘要

目的 探讨我院所实施的健康知识宣讲的实际效果.方法 本文选取了我院44例被调查人群为研究对象,针对传染病基本知识的认知情况进行了比较分析.结果 在预防流行性感冒方法、流感疫苗重点保护人群、卡介苗预防肺结核、手足口病易感人群、目前乙肝是否可以治愈、艾滋病破坏人体免疫系统等传染病基本知识的知晓情况上,干预组各项均优于对照组,且P均<0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 我院采用的健康知识宣讲的效果显著,对传染病预防与控制具有重要的意义和作用.%Objective To investigate the actual effect of the application of health knowledge preaching. Methods 44 cases investigated in our hospital were chosen as the research object. The cognition of the basic knowledge of infectious diseases was taken for comparison and analysis. Results In the knowledge for the prevention of influenza, the influenza vaccine focus on protection of population, BCG against tuberculosis, hand, foot and mouth disease in susceptible people, whether the current hepatitis B can be cured, AIDS undermine the basic knowledge of the human immune system and infectious diseases such as the awareness, the items of the intervention group were better than the control group, P<0.05, there was a statistically significant difference. Conclusion The effect in our hospital with health knowledge preaching is significant. It has important significance and role of prevention and control of infectious diseases.
