足月低体质量儿的舒适护理体会

摘要

Objective Explore term low birth weight appropriate care method, in order to reduce the risk of the newborn. Methods From January 2009 to December 2011, according to the pregnant woman and the family will, divided 78 cases who was born term low birth weight into two groups, the firstone is ordinary care group of 36 cases, the other is comfortable nursing group of 42 cases, respectively, the two groups of newborns in record seven days after the hospital's cry, vomiting, lactation, urine, then, umbilical cord, and the weight facial features, such as skin changes, to Statistical analysis all the datas. Results Comfortable nursing group term rates the low birth weight (appear all sorts of symptoms of probability) was significantly lower than the ordinary care group, and the weight gain rate the opposite. Conclusions Term low birth weight is a group of need special care of groups, Comfortable nursing can effectively reduce the prevalence of newborn . This shall be the trend of the development of the newborn care.%　　目的探讨足月低体质量儿适宜的护理方法，以降低新生儿的患病率。方法自2009年1月至2011年12月，按照产妇及家属意愿，将在我院出生的足月低体质量儿78例分成普通护理组42例，舒适护理组36例。分别记录两组的新生儿在产后7d出院时的啼哭、呕吐、哺乳、尿、便、脐带、五官、皮肤、体质量等变化，并进行统计分析。结果舒适护理组的足月低体质量儿患病率(出现各种不适症状的概率)明显低于普通护理组，而体质量增加率则相反。结论足月低体质量儿是一群需要特殊照顾的群体，舒适护理能有效地降低新生儿的患病率，应当成为新生儿护理发展的趋势。
