优质护理模式在经尿道前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生症中的应用效果

摘要

目的：研究分析对前列腺增生症患者进行经尿道前列腺电切术治疗时辅助优质护理服务的临床疗效。方法选取我院2011年1月至2014年10月收治的前列腺增生症患者共460例为本次的研究对象，对照组实施基础护理，试验组则进行优质护理服务。结果试验组患者对于我院整体护理工作的满意程度明显高于对照组，高达97.82%（P＜0.05）。结论优质护理模式能够提高前列腺增生症患者在电切术治疗后的病情恢复效果，减少并发症的发生，安全有效。%Objective To study and analyze the clinical curative effect of high quality nursing mode in transurethral resection of the prostate for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods Selected 460 prostatic hyperplasia patients from January 2011 to October 2014 in our hospital as the research object, the control group used basic nursing care, while the experimental group used high quality nursing service. Results  The overall satisfaction degree of nursing in the test group was signiifcantly higher than that in control group, up to 97.82% (P<0.05). Conclusion  High quality nursing mode can improve prostate hyperplasia patient’s illness recovery effect after electrotomy, reduce the occurrence of complications with safety and effectiveness.
