探讨高血压的病因及临床治疗效果

摘要

目的：探讨高血压的病因，并针对其临床治疗效果进行分析总结。方法选取我院2011年2月至2013年2月高血压患者865例，总结分析所以病例的发病原因，并对所有患者针对病因进行不同方法的治疗，分析其临床治疗效果。结果睡眠呼吸暂停综合征为继发性高血压的主要病因；这对不同病因，采取不同治疗措施疗效较好，总有效率可达89.72%。结论高血压的诱因较多，病因相对复杂，针对不同病因采取相应措施进行治疗，可以取得良好的治疗效果，改善预后，提高患者今后生活水平。%Objective To investigate the etiology of hypertension, summarized and analyzed for their clinical effect. Methods 865 cases of patients in our hospital from February 2011 to February 2013 as hypertension, summarized and analyzed so the etiology of cases, and all patients treated for the cause of different methods to analyze its clinical effect. Results The sleep apnea syndrome is a major cause of secondary hypertension; these different causes, to take measures to better effect of different treatments, the total efifciency of up to 89.72%. Conclusion More incentive hypertension, the cause is relatively complex and take appropriate measures for the treatment of different causes, treatment can achieve good results in improving the prognosis of patients in the future to improve the standard of living.
