不明原因消化道出血综合治疗的临床观察

摘要

目的：对不明原因消化道出血（obscuregastrointestinalbleeding，OGIB）综合治疗的临床效果进行分析和观察。方法以30例不明原因消化道出血患者为研究对象，对所有患者实施综合治疗，并对其临床效果进行观察和分析。结果经临床研究结果显示，所有患者经过综合治疗，整体改善明显，住院时间短。结论对患者进行综合治疗，能够有效改善患者的病情，减轻医患的负担，值得推广。%Objective Gastrointestinal hemorrhage of unknown reason(obscure gastrointestinal bleeding OGIB)to analyze and observe the clinical effect of comprehensive treatment. Methods 30 cases of obscure gastrointestinal bleeding patients as the research object, the implementation of comprehensive treatment of all patients, observe and analyze its clinical effect. Results The clinical study shows, all patients after treatment, the overall improvement, short hospitalization time. Conclusion The comprehensive treatment on patients, can effectively improve the patient's condition, reduce patient burden, worthy of promotion.
