“袋鼠式护理”对新生儿神经行为及体格发育的影响分析

摘要

目的：分析探讨“袋鼠式护理”对新生儿神经行为及性格发育的影响。方法选取2012年6月至2013年6月期间在本院妇产科出生的足月新生儿213例，随机分为实验组和对照组，其中实验组110例，采取常规性护理方式并与母亲进行1h的“袋鼠式护理”；对照组103例，仅行常规性护理。对比统计两组护理效果。结果实验组新生儿的行为能力、一般反应、被动和主动肌张力以及先天反射均优于对照组新生儿；在42d时的体质量、身长及头围的增长值明显高于对照组。结论“袋鼠式护理”操作简单、要求不多，能够促进新生儿神经行为及体格良好发育，值得在临床护理工作中推广应用。%Objective Analysis of the inlfuence of "kangaroo care" on neonatal neurological behavior and personality in the purpose.Methods Choose 213 full-term newborns borned in the obstetrics and gynecology department of the hospital during June 2012 and June 2013, random them into two groups; one of them is the experimental group, included 110 newborns, take the routine nursing mode and “kangaroo care”; another group is the control group, included 103 newborns who were taken the routine nursing mode only. Compare with the Effect of treatment between the two groups. Results In the experimental group, neonatal behavior ability, general reaction, passive and active muscle tension and innate relfex was better than the control group of infants; body weight, length and head circumference at 42 days of growth is signiifcantly higher than that of control group.Conclusion “Kangaroo care”is simple, does not require much, can promote the development of neonatal behavioral neurological and physical good, worthy of promotion and application in clinical nursing work.
