同步化疗联合调强放疗治疗中晚期鼻咽癌的临床分析

摘要

目的：探讨应用同步化疗联合后程调强放疗治疗中晚期鼻咽癌的治疗效果。方法选取我院从2013年7月至2014年5月入院治疗的69例鼻咽癌患者做为研究对象。按照入院顺序随机分为观察组34例与对照组35例，对照组患者应用调强放疗技术治疗，观察组患者在对照组患者调强放疗时同步实施化疗。对比两组患者的临床治疗效果及治疗后患者生存状况，不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组患者，差异具统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组患者放化疗后5年生存状况显著优于对照组，差异具统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在中晚期鼻咽癌患者应用调强放疗配合同步化疗临床效果显著，患者生存状况显著改善，治疗不良反应未加重，安全有效，值得广泛推广应用。%ObjectiveTo investigate the synchronization process after chemotherapy treatment intensity modulation radiotherapy in the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.MethodOur hospital from July 2013 to May 2014 69 hospitalized patients with NPC as the object of study. According to the order of admission were randomly divided into observation group and control group 34 cases, 35 cases in the control group of patients application intensity modulation radiotherapy treatment, the observation group were implemented simultaneously in the control group of patients with chemotherapy IMRT. Clinical outcomes compared two groups of patients and survival status of patients, the incidence of adverse reactions after treatment.ResultTreatment of patients in the observation group were signiifcantly higher total efifciency of patients, statistically signiifcant differences (P<0.05). Observed in patients after chemotherapy and 5-year survival was signiifcantly better than the control group, the difference statistically signiifcant (P <0.05).ConclusionApplication tune in patients with advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy with concurrent chemotherapy strongly significant clinical effect, significantly improved survival of patients, the treatment did not increase the side effects, safe and effective, it is widely used.
